This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes our information collection and use practices related to consumers who acquire products or services from COCOMO.

The major browsers have attempted to implement the draft “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) standard of the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”) in their latest releases. As this standard has not been finalized and is not widely adopted, BOND’s Site does not recognize DNT headers. However, the site does accept “Global Privacy Control” signals if your browser has implemented them. Note that if you have accepted cookies via our cookie manager, that setting will override any Global Privacy Control signals your browser may send.

No Data Collected from Children

The Site is not directed at children and should not be accessed by persons who are not over the age of 18. As a result, we will not knowingly collect information from minors in the U.S. with or without consent from their parents or guardians. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. If we obtain knowledge that a user is under the age of 18, we will take steps to remove that user's information from our databases.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be stored or processed in the United States or any other country in which COCOMO (or its affiliates) or their respective service providers maintain facilities. COCOMO will also retain data for as long as legally required or allowed to do so for compliance obligations, dispute resolutions and by the schedule in the COCOMO Record Retention Policy.

Where you enroll with the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, if applicable to this Site.   •           Right to Opt-Out. In the general sense of the term, we do not sell your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties. However, we do disclose Personal Information for the purposes of third party marketing and cross contextual behavioral advertising. Based on the way state law deals with these activities, you have the right to opt-out of these kinds of disclosures of your Personal Information by COCOMO.
  •           Right to Appeal. In the event that COCOMO  responds to your attempt to exercise your state privacy rights in a way you feel is not appropriate, you may appeal this decision. In order to do this, you need to contact us as specified in the “Contact Us” section below. Please specify that the reason for your contact is to appeal a decision relating to the handling of your Personal Information and please reference or include a copy of the communication from COCOMO  which you are objecting to and the reason for your objection. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days of receipt of your appeal.
  •           Designating an Authorized Agent. California law permits California residents to designate an agent to manage their rights under California law. If you would like to designate an agent to manage your privacy preferences, you may do so using the mechanisms noted below under “Exercising California Privacy Rights.” Note that if you do not have an account with us, we may ask for some Personal Information in order to verify your identity and your rights to the data subject to your request.
